Our Focus at Re+Form is on residential custom home design and construction. Design services are provided using computer-aided drafting and include in-house production capabilities. Project management and implementation are provided by our principal Architect/Owner.
At Re+Form, design build is our specialty. Design-build is a method in which both the design and construction are contracted and controlled from one source,
"The Design-Builder".
This method allows for more organization because there is one single point of accountability. Because of this, you, the client, has more say in the project. Our design-build system allows us to establish a guaranteed cost early on in the design phase. This allows you, the client, to request changes or request additions before the design is complete.
Re+Form is conveniently located on Highway 281, a short 20-minute drive from San Antonio, TX. We service both San Antonio and the Hill Country with our main focus being Canyon Lake, TX.
